I’ve just returned from the private grand opening of Rodizio Grill, Maple Grove’s first Brazilian Steakhouse, and I am comfortably full. For carnivores Rodizio is an intoxicating experience. Strapping Gauchos roam the dining room floor with an eagle eye for the green wooden indicator that broadcasts that you are not yet satiated.
