The Oilerie Spills Onto the Scene

Brianna Conway The Oilerie-Maple Grove celebrated its grand opening weekend in January with a series of in-store events and guests. Local chefs, restaurants and caterers showcased some of their signature dishes featuring Oilerie products. The shop, located at 13551 Grove Dr., offers more than 20 extra virgin olive oils, nut oils and nine aged balsamic vinegars, including a 25-year balsamic on tap.
