Photographer Paul Nelson, co-founder of Wild Birds Flying, will be the guest artist at a meet-and-greet at Room & Board in Edina on Wednesday, June 13 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Paul follows migratory patterns of North American birds to capture a unique glimpse of their movements as they take off for flight. He developed a specialized photography rig that allows him to capture split-second images of the birds, resulting in stunning photographs that show patterns and details that the naked eye alone wouldn't be able to see.

So be sure to check out the Edina Chorale and the Twin Cities Community Gospel Choir as they jointly present “The Soul of Gospel.” This concert will be a celebration of African-American musical traditions from deeply moving slave songs to spirituals as well as traditional and contemporary gospel melodies.
