In this hands-on class, baking ace and gardener Carol Schaub shares tips and techniques for carb mastery, as well as an artisanal recipe worth toasting. Equal parts wholesome, delectable and practical; it needs no kneading and provides breadbasket bounty for up to two weeks. Schaub brings over 15 years of community education experience to the mix. Soft lights and a sylvan setting contribute to the romance as nature-loving lovers are serenaded with live piano music and treated to a catered dinner from the Lookout Bar and Grill.
