Consider these three wines that you may have not heard of to pair with your Thanksgiving meal.

When November rolls around, I have sales people, who put up signs by their wines that say, “Goes great with turkey.” Do you want to know an industry secret? Every wine goes great with turkey. Consider these three wines that you may have not heard of to pair with your Thanksgiving meal.

Dory Vin Blanc: This has a very delicate aroma, with slight floral notes, a vegetable touch and enough minerality. Well integrated wood throughout and unctuous in mouth, the wine is full, balanced with excellent acidity.

Josef Ehmoser Zweigelt Rosé: Medium-bodied, dry, this wine is zingy and delicious with a palate of bright red berries. There’s plenty of acidity on a refreshing finish.

Hello World Cab Franc: Delicious aromas of raspberry jam and spicy green grass lead to a luscious mouthful of dark red fruit, delicate soft tannins and a long spicy finish.
