Wastebasket Revue

Nearly 100 employees and community members of Independent School District 279 put on an annual variety show. Teachers, custodians, principals, cooks, secretaries, educational support professionals, administrators and neighbors participate.

The purpose of the show is to raise money for scholarships which are awarded to graduating students of  279Online, the ACHIEVE program, Maple Grove Senior High, Osseo Area Learning Center, Osseo Senior High, Osseo Secondary Transition Center or Park Center Senior High, to assist in the finance of their post-secondary education.

Since 1967 we have raised and donated over $1.4 million in scholarships.

We are making a little change to our ticket process. We are moving from set ticket prices to a suggested donation of $12 per person. All contributions are tax deductible.
