Makes two cocktails
- 1 cup organic blackberries
- 2 oz. organic simple syrup (1 part hot water, 1 part organic cane sugar; cooled; leftovers can be stored in fridge)
- 2 oz. Drake’s Organic White Rum
- ½ oz. fresh lime juice
- ¼ oz. Angostura bitters
Blend berries and syrup; strain. Return syrup to blender along with rum, juice, bitters and 1½ cups of ice; puree. Pour into glasses; garnish with lime wedge or blackberry.
