Whether you’re watching at home or tailgating at the stadium, this cocktail from Princeton’s Liquor is the perfect purple potable.
Purple People Eater
- 1½ oz. Tattersall vodka
- 1 oz. Blue curaçao
- 1 oz. Sweet and sour mix
- 1 oz. Grenadine
- 1 oz. Cranberry juice
- Rim: Purple sugar
- Garnish: Lemon wheel
Rim edge of a glass with purple sugar; set aside. In an ice-filled glass, pour Tattersall (distilled in Minneapolis) vodka, blue curaçao, sweet and sour mix, grenadine and cranberry juice. Shake to combine. Fill serving glass with ice, and pour over mix. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
