There are many plants that provide color through the year that are safe for your family. If you are looking for a bloomer, try the African violet, Christmas cactus, orchid (Phalaenopsis) or Gerbera daisy. Other pet friendly plants: prayer plant, air plant, Buro’s Tail (succulent), ponytail palm, basil, thyme and sage.
Some plants emit high contents of oxygen, which makes them great plants to purify your home, including the Money Tree, palm, Boston fern, Spider plant, Wax plant or Tradescantia Zebrina.
