Maple Grove Parks and Recreation hosts a family-friendly event at Town Green.
Residents are invited to gather together from 5–9 p.m. on June 19 in commemoration of Juneteenth, which recognizes the official emancipation of enslaved people in the United States.
The event highlights Black culture through a live performance lineup that includes Caribbean steel pan music by Pan Dimensions, energetic step dance by Step with Soul, poetry by spoken word artists and more. Attendees can also explore a vibrant vendor fair and visit an assortment of local food trucks.

- Maple Grove Police and Fire vehicles
- Temporary tattoo station
- 360 photo booth
