Saint Therese of Corcoran

Saint Therese of Corcoran is a nonprofit, faith-based senior living community offering independent living, assisted living and memory care on one campus. Located on 13 acres in Corcoran’s Southeast District, the community combines a peaceful natural setting with convenient access to shopping, dining, health care and other services in Corcoran and nearby Maple Grove and Plymouth.

The community features spacious private apartments and a range of services designed to support residents as their needs change. Assisted living residents receive personalized support while maintaining as much independence as possible, while the memory care neighborhood provides a secure and supportive environment for people living with Alzheimer’s disease and
other forms of dementia. Rehabilitation, fitness and wellness services are also available on-site.

Residents have access to restaurant-style dining, a café, a warm saltwater pool, fitness and wellness spaces, a salon and barber shop, library, theater and game room, golf and games simulator and heated underground parking. Outdoor features include walking paths, landscaped grounds and an amphitheater that hosts concerts and community events.

Pastoral care is an important part of life at Saint Therese of Corcoran. The community includes an on-site chapel offering frequent Catholic Mass, ecumenical services and other opportunities for prayer and spiritual support. Spiritual care and counsel are available to residents of all faith backgrounds.

Saint Therese of Corcoran also hosts educational and community programs addressing topics important to older adults and their families, including aging, dementia, senior living, legal planning and fraud prevention.

An expansion scheduled to open in 2027 will add 31 independent living apartments connected to the existing building by a new shared gathering space. The connector will include indoor green space, family commons, kitchen and children’s area, with access to a recreation patio and outdoor games.
