Loon and Beau hosts special event.

We’re not the only ones who could use a springtime fashion glow up. Loon and Beau, an online Maple Grove-based pet accessories business, which specializes in bespoke bowties, bandanas and more, is hosting a silent auction, benefitting Minnesota Pitbull Rescue, and its spring/summer product launch, including pride and formal neckwear.

The event is set for 1-4 p.m. April 17 at Fox Run, 12241 Elm Creek Blvd. N. (The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes). Fox Run features intentionally-culled items from a community of Minnesota artisans. (Visit maplegrovemag.com to read more about this innovative business.)

The auction will feature one-of-a-kind dog accessories. “I will be teaming up with local artists of all varieties, [including] tattoo artists, fine art makers, graphic designers and repurposers for the products to be auctioned off, so we will have a really fun mix of styles for people,” says Danica Reitzner, owner of Loon and Beau.

Given the fluidity of public events due to the pandemic, check loonandbeau.com for final event information.
