Shelly’s Interior Concepts works with clients and their budgets to create the homes of their dreams.
Family-owned and female-run for 24 years, Shelly’s Interior Concepts puts personalized finishing touches to any space. Offering full-design service, from color consults, room designs, furniture selections, custom window treatments and draperies, Interior Concepts works with clients and their budgets to create the homes of their dreams.
After working in design retail for nearly six years, owner Shelly Reilly found it more beneficial to work with clients in their homes. “I meet with clients in their homes to figure out their needs,” Reilly says. “The satisfaction of completing a project and seeing how happy they are to love their home is very rewarding.”
A common misconception is that hiring designers is too expensive. However, Reilly says their expertise on products and hands-on approaches to projects is your best bet to finding decor elements in your price range.
For homeowners interested in getting a start on updates, Reilly offers the latest drapery trends this season.
Lighter and Brighter
It’s out with the cool-toned neutrals and in with warmer grey tones and natural fibers. Bringing in a lighter and brighter feel, these beige and sunny white colors provide a simple, yet timeless touch to your space. For textured styles, think leather, linen, woven material and motorized blinds (made of wood or natural fibers).
Made up of adjustable fabric vanes in between two sheer fabric panels, the silhouette is a type of window treatment that helps diffuse harsh sunlight and provides a level privacy in your home.
Hunter Home Douglas Color View allows homeowners to automatically control their windows, blinds and shades for optimal comfort, convenience and safety. These functions can be synced with other home devices, such as Alexa and Google Home, for individual window or simultaneous control with the touch of a button or voice command.
