A night filled with holiday festivity on the rink.
Come join Santa Claus, and experience an evening of fun-filled skating from 5–8 p.m. December 9 at Central Park, 1200 Central Park Way in Maple Grove. This all-ages, free event opens with the Maple Grove Rotary light display and a countdown led by Santa Claus.
Skate as long as you’d like under the brightly lit trees, and enjoy a night full of Christmas spirit. (Skate rentals are available for $7.50 a pair.)
The Maple Grove Senior High Crimson Carolers will be out and about, singing your favorite Christmas carols, followed by the Maple Grove Skate School’s figure skating performance.
Plus, photo ops with Mr. and Mrs. Claus will be available throughout the event in the warming house. “Don’t forget a camera for fun photos with Santa,” says Roee Hecht, recreation coordinator. Concessions will be available, serving grab-and-go food.
