Providence Academy Student Named National Merit Commended Student

The recognition means that she is among the top 50,000 scorers of more than 1.6 million students, who entered the 2020 competition by taking the PSAT/NMSQT® as juniors.

Providence Academy announced that Sara Anne Festin of Maple Grove was named a National Merit Commended Student. The recognition means that she is among the top 50,000 scorers of more than 1.6 million students, who entered the 2020 competition by taking the PSAT/NMSQT® as juniors.

School Headmaster Todd Flanders, Ph.D., says. “It is a testimony to our students, teachers, families and curriculum that nearly 10 percent of our senior class has received these honors. We are, of course, delighted and proud of these scholars, and of all of our students, who have chosen to commit to the special path in academics, arts and athletics that is Providence Academy.”
