After 20 years in advertising and content marketing, Amy Adams was looking to get into a business she believed in and could regain balance in her life. She came across the independently owned boutique franchise Woodhouse Day Spa and felt strongly about their principles rooted in wellness and their goal of providing a refreshing, renewing experience to guests.
“In this high-tech, fast-paced environment where we can’t put our phones down, we need to have a forced wellness in our lives,” Adams says. “We need to make sure we are nurturing our body and our mind—taking quality time for ourselves even just for an hour.”
Since opening last summer as the first Minnesota location, the Woodhouse Day Spa provides just the right experience to restore balance to life. It treats customers as guests and creates an environment where anyone can relax and enjoy an hour of restoration and rejuvenation. Services include massage therapy, manicures and pedicures, body treatments, skin care and specialty therapy for specific wellness benefits, such as removing toxins.
