2 Great 2 Minute Exercises

Quick exercises for almost any work environment.

Owner of Get It Done Fitness Jose Lara shares two quick exercises to improve strength and health. Each exercise is built to be done as many times as possible in one minute.

Set 1

1 Minute Short Squats: Keep feet shoulder-width apart, hips back, sit back and bring the hips backward to work entire lower body.

1 Minute Wall Pushups: Keep hands under the shoulders and make a 30-degree angle with your body. Works triceps, shoulders and chest as well as cardio.

Set 2

1 Minute Short Lunges: Place feet two feet apart and bend both knees at the same time without lifting the front heel. Do 30 seconds for each leg.

1 Minute High Plank: An additional challenge is to
do a pushup every 5 seconds while planking.
