This Focus on Maple Grove photo contest winner captures a contented canine.
This time of year naturally calls for snuggles, and Sarah Cupryna’s Snuggle Bug placed third in the Pets category of our annual photo contest.
Cupryna took the photo at her home one afternoon, as her dog was cuddled up and cozy. “I felt inspired to take the picture in that moment because we are always on the run that I had to stop to remember to slow down and enjoy the snuggles like she does,” she says.
Using the portrait mode on her iPhone 8 Plus was all the equipment she needed. “What I liked about this picture was how she was so content … snuggled up with the pillow and blanket,” Cupryna says.
While animals remain favorite subjects for Cupryna’s photos, she also is drawn to nature. “I love getting outside to find that ‘perfect’ photogenic moment,” she says.
